This is our first and one of a kind Aperol-like flavored sparkling wine. Drawing from one of the most popular summertime drinks in Italy this is our version of Prosecco and Aperol spritz cocktail mixed conveniently in one bottle. It is refreshingly carbonated and slightly sweet with aromas of freshly zested orange, apricots, herbal bitters, and subtle jasmine undertones draw you in with a bright, inviting character. On the palate, vibrant flavors of blood orange, papaya, and a hint of grapefruit shine, balanced by a delicate bitterness and effervescence. The finish is refreshingly clean, with a touch of sweetness lingering alongside the citrus forward acidity.
