2023 Marry Me Merlot

Named because of the stunning backdrop of all our wedding couple’s photos, the Marry Me Merlot block is a testament to both romance and refined winemaking. This exceptional wine is sourced 80% from block 500 and 20% from Block 510 North, ensuring a unique blend that captures the essence of its terroir. The main aromas and flavors are dark cherry, plums, a bit of black licorice and dark olives. The new oak barrels contribute a touch of vanilla, maple syrup, cocoa dust and toast. On the mouth the wine is concentrated and hedonistic but balancing the acidity and the tannins well for such a young wine. This wine will age well and will reward your patience if stored well in the next 3-6 years.
