These are the days (off) we’ve been dreaming of. What to do with your extra time off for the holiday? We’re thinking it’s the perfect opportunity to fire up that smoker and throw in some slow Smoked Baby Back Ribs.
Settle in for the hours ahead and open a bottle of 2016 La Storia Zinfandel. It’s a classic example of everything you love about Sonoma County wineries: classic “Zin” flavors of dark cherry, blueberry and plums highlights by just a touch of oak barrel aging.
