We The (Party) People…

Three cheers for the Red, White and BBQ! It’s a party in the USA and you know that means we’re ready to kick back, pop some bottles of Trentadue wine. Let us declare our independence from beer this summer and raise a toast to the best All-American wines made from our very own Sonoma County wineries.

Here’s what we’re eating and drinking on the greatest American holiday this summer from Trentadue Estate.

The Only Time A Good Story Started With Salad

The sun is hot, and the rosé is cold which is a perfect time to dig in to all the salads. We’re talking melon salad, fruit salad and all the above. Here’s where our 2018 Rosato di Sangiovese comes in handy, which has enough fruity richness to handle anything off the grill AND can play nicely with more delicate dishes like corn or coleslaw.

Made from our Alexander Valley Estate, this Rosé is a top seller in the tasting room and always sells out before summer is over…so order what you think you need and double it! We never want you to be rosé-less.

All About The Grill

It’s all about the grill on this recipe for Grilled Sausage Peppers and Potatoes. It’s all the more reason to stock up on plenty of OPR Red Blend! It’s perfectly budget-friendly to indulge a crowd of your nearest and dearest.

We’ve even ditched the cork for our super-easy twist top, which gets you from bottle to glass even faster. Let the good times roll!

You’ve Got To Be Rib’ing Me

These are the days (off) we’ve been dreaming of. What to do with your extra time off for the holiday? We’re thinking it’s the perfect opportunity to fire up that smoker and throw in some slow Smoked Baby Back Ribs.

Settle in for the hours ahead and open a bottle of 2016 La Storia Zinfandel. It’s a classic example of everything you love about Sonoma County wineries: classic “Zin” flavors of dark cherry, blueberry and plums highlights by just a touch of oak barrel aging. A long juicy finish and lively acidity brings it all together and you’ll be asking for “just one more glass” through the whole bottle!

Wishing you a Happy 4th of July from the Trentadue Estate!
