Chicken: The Rhone-style influence of our 2016 OPR Red blend is a combo of Zinfandel, Petite Sirah, Carignane and Syrah for a fruity yet complex intensity that plays easily with your favorite spice rubbed chicken.

Steak: Abundant in ripe black fruit and herbaceous notes, our 2016 La Storia Cabernet is a primed pairing for a juicy, marbled steak. Medium density mouthfeel, fresh and juicy with a balanced acidity, this vintage showcases soft tannins even in its youth.

Lamb: Tame the game with our bright fruited, zippy 2017 Trentadue Sangiovese. This versatile, light-bodied red is perfect when served at cellar temp and can hold its own and provide some character when paired with red meat.

Roasted Veg: Rosé goes with everything but is particularly good to hold up to a nice char on some summer-time vegetables.
